Volleyball Game Preview: Gaynor vs. John Jay Wolves

After both having extra time off, Gaynor and the John Jay Wolves will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. John Jay took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Gaynor, who comes in off a win.

Last Friday, Gaynor was able to grind out a solid victory over Van Arsdale, taking the game 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for Gaynor.

Meanwhile, John Jay didn't have quite enough to beat Brooklyn Technical last Thursday and fell 2-1.

Gaynor now has a winning record of 3-2. As for John Jay, their loss dropped their record down to 4-2.

Gaynor came up short against John Jay in their previous matchup back in March, falling 2-0. Can Gaynor avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
