James F. Byrnes had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the 11-run drubbing they dealt Greenville on Friday. Everything went the James F. Byrnes Rebels' way against the Greenville Red Raiders as the James F. Byrnes Rebels made off with an 11-0 win. The victory was nothing new for the Rebels as they're now sitting on five straight.

James F. Byrnes' win bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Greenville, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 1-1-1.

James F. Byrnes has already played their next matchup, a 14-1 victory against Gray Collegiate Academy on the 15th. Greenville will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Easley at 6:00 p.m. on March 25th.
