Basketball Recap: Cherryvale Takes a Loss

After flying high against Humboldt last Friday, Cherryvale came back down to earth. The contest between the Chargers and the Neodesha Blue Streaks didn't end well, with the Chargers falling 65-49. The Chargers haven't had much luck with the Blue Streaks recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Cherryvale's loss dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Neodesha, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season.

Cherryvale has already played their next matchup (against Bluestem), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Neodesha also has no score uploaded for their next contest, this one against Caney Valley.
