The Liberty Lancers will face off against the Medical Lake Cardinals at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Liberty is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7 runs per game this season.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Madi Jonckers, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases and two runs.

The victory got Medical Lake back to even at 5-5. As for Liberty, their loss dropped their record down to 8-3.

Friday's match might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Liberty has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .445.
