Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Bountiful couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They fell 3-1 to the Wasatch Wasps on Saturday. The RedHawks' loss signaled the end of their 14-game winning streak.

Connor Burleson paced Bountiful's offense, picking up 19 kills. Burleson got some help from Kainoa Evans and his 43 assists.

Bountiful's defeat dropped their record down to 26-5. As for Wasatch, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 21-8.

Bountiful wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-1 loss against Alta on the 10th. As for Wasatch, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Maple Mountain on the 10th.
