Basketball Recap: Chillicothe Takes a Loss

Chillicothe was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They came up short against the Northside Indians, falling 58-36. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 68-35 back in January.

Northside's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Rance Teague, who went 7 of 12 on his way to 15 points and seven steals. Colt Ford was another key player, going 6 for 11 en route to 14 points.

Chillicothe's loss dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Northside, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-16.

Chillicothe has already played their next contest (against Crowell), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Northside has already played their next matchup, a 66-29 defeat against Benjamin on the 4th.
