Recap: Valley Mills Eagles vs. Hamilton Bulldogs
The Valley Mills Eagles's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their seventh straight loss. They fell 53-40 to Hamilton. If Valley Mills hoped to take revenge for the 51-46 loss against they when the teams met, then they were left disappointed.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Hamilton to victory, but perhaps none more so than Rogelio Ibarra, who scored ten points along with five assists and two steals. Ibarra is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last four games he's played. Mike Bushnell was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with six rebounds and two steals.
Valley Mills bumped their record down to 9-14 with that defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for Hamilton, they now have a winning record of 11-10.
Valley Mills will be playing at home against Italy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Hamilton, they will head out on the road to challenge Frost at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Frost is coming into the match on a three-game losing streak.
