Softball Game Preview: Williston Coyotes vs. Beulah Miners

The Williston Coyotes will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against the Beulah Miners at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Williston will be strutting in after a victory while Beulah will be coming in after a defeat.

Williston is coming home in high spirits after they had to open their season on the road against Sidney. The Coyotes never let the Eagles get on the board and left with a 15-0 win on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Beulah came up short against Central Cass on Saturday, falling 14-3. The Miners have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Addie Dale-Geiger was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-4. Another player making a difference was Elli Weidner, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI.

Williston suffered a grim 11-1 defeat to Beulah when the teams last played back in April of 2023. Can the Coyotes avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
