Recap: Downtown Doral Dolphins vs. International Studies
The Downtown Doral Dolphins can finally bid farewell to their seven-game losing streak thanks to their game on Monday. They took their match at home with ease, bagging a 81-25 win over International Studies. Downtown Doral's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Juan Diego Castro continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 21 points. He is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last five games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Fabian Morantinos, who scored 11 points.
Downtown Doral's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-12. As for International Studies, they bumped their record down to 0-7 with that defeat, which was their eighth straight on the road.
Downtown Doral will be playing in front of their home fans against Pinecrest Glades Academy at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for International Studies, they will head out on the road to challenge Everglades Prep Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
