Vero Beach strolled into their game on Friday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They blew past the Treasure Coast Titans 49-0. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Indians' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Florida football rankings (they are ranked tenth, while the Titans are ranked 290th).

Efrem White was his usual excellent self, throwing for 240 yards and three TDs while completing 90% of his passes, and also rushing for 41 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Jonathan Hillsman did his part to keep the secondary busy, picking up 86 receiving yards.

Vero Beach's record now sits at 9-0. As for Treasure Coast, they dropped their record down to 0-9 with the loss, which was their sixth straight at home.

Coming up, Vero Beach will challenge Somerset Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Treasure Coast does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
