Basketball Recap: Pine Forest Trojans vs. Triton Hawks
Pine Forest was the 69-61 winner over Triton when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Pine Forest Trojans took a hard 75-60 fall against the Triton Hawks on Tuesday. The Trojans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Angelo Jones and Christian Baynes certainly did their best on Tuesday to avoid the loss. Jones dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten boards, while Baynes posted 17 points and eight rebounds. Baynes' evening made it four games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kabori Simmons, who had 15 points.
Even though they lost, Pine Forest smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 15 offensive boards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Triton only pulled down seven offensive rebounds.
It was another big night for Ro'Mello Pegues, who went 10 for 18 on his way to 32 points for Triton. Those 32 points gave Pegues a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Jamaury Taylor, who went 8 of 10 en route to 17 points and six boards.
