Basketball Recap: Herron Comes Up Short

Herron was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were beaten by the Tippecanoe Valley Vikings 66-23. The Achaeans were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 47-11.

Herron's loss dropped their record down to 2-15. As for Tippecanoe Valley, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-4.

Herron wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 70-30 defeat against Riverside on the 29th. As for Tippecanoe Valley, they will welcome LaVille at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. LaVille is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 53.5 points per game this season.
