Volleyball Recap: North Laurel Takes a Loss

North Laurel was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Whitley County Colonels. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Jaguars of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

North Laurel's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Whitley County, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. North Laurel will face off against Pulaski County at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Whitley County, they will take on South Laurel at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The game will give the Colonels their first taste of in-conference action this season.
