Football Recap: Benton's Luck Takes a Turn for the Worse on Friday

If Benton was feeling good fresh off their 55-24 takedown of Jonesboro last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Panthers took a 40-35 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Sylvan Hills Bears on Friday. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Panthers came into the game with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Arkansas football rankings (they are ranked eighth, while the Bears are ranked 57th).
