Volleyball Recap: Shrine Catholic Takes a Loss

Shrine Catholic lost against Detroit Country Day back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Knights fell 2-0 to the Yellowjackets. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-18.

Shrine Catholic now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Detroit Country Day, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 6-1.

Coincidentally, Shrine Catholic and Detroit Country Day will both be playing Farmington the next time they take the court. The Yellowjackets will host the Falcons at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, while the Knights will play them later in the day, at 6:00 p.m.
