Baseball Recap: First Coast Takes a Loss

First Coast suffered their biggest defeat since April 24, 2024 on Wednesday. They came up short against the Atlantic Coast Stingrays, falling 16-1. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the Buccaneers' biggest loss of the season was also their lowest-scoring.

First Coast's loss dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Atlantic Coast, their victory bumped their record up to 2-3.

Looking ahead, First Coast will welcome Mandarin at 6:05 p.m. on Thursday. First Coast is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.3 runs per game this season. As for Atlantic Coast, they are taking a road trip to square off against St. Augustine at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
