Basketball Recap: Covenant Christian Academy Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Covenant Christian Academy suffered their biggest defeat since January 31st on Friday. They came up short against the Cherokee Christian Warriors, falling 69-45. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the Rams' biggest loss of the season was also their lowest-scoring.

This is the second loss in a row for Covenant Christian Academy and nudges their season record down to 2-5. As for Cherokee Christian, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Coming up, Covenant Christian Academy will head out on the road to square off against Genesis Academy at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The Rams will be up against the Genesis' rather soft defense (which has allowed 66.5 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Cherokee Christian, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 69-46 loss against Praise Academy on the 6th.
