Soccer Recap: Apollo Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Apollo won the last time they faced Glendale and things went their way on Thursday too. The Apollo Hawks blew past the Glendale Cardinals 6-1. It was an even better day for Shukuru Aluta as he scored three goals for his team.

The win was the third in a row for Apollo, bringing their record for this year to 3-1-1. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 12 goals over those three matchups. As for Glendale, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games.
