Football Recap: Arcadia Hornets vs. Carroll Bulldogs
Friday just wasn't the day for Arcadia's offense. They took a blow against the Carroll Bulldogs on Friday, falling 38-0.
Rodtravious Jackson threw for 152 yards on 14 of 28 attempts.
Kylon Clark was his top target, picking up 75 receiving yards.
Jason Friels had an outrageously good game for Carroll as he rushed for 66 yards and 12 touchdowns on only six carries. The team also got some help courtesy of Zaylin Singleton, who rushed for 74 yards and a touchdown on only eight carries.
Arcadia now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Carroll, their win ended a four-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 1-1.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Arcadia will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Ringgold at 7:00 p.m. As for Carroll, they will head out to challenge General Trass at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
