Elkmont was sadly handed a defeat on Monday, but Corder Hobbs did his best to prevent it. Hobbs pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. The performance also marked the fewest walks (three) he has had since back in February of 2024. What's more, he posted four strikeouts, the most he's had since back in April of 2024.
