Baseball Game Preview: Llano Yellowjackets vs. Brady Bulldogs

For the second straight game, Llano will face off against Brady. The Yellowjackets will square off against the Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.

While Llano's win against Brady wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Yellowjackets narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Bulldogs 4-3. The win continues a trend for the Yellowjackets in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now won six in a row.

Colton Bailey spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered just two earned (and one unearned) runs on seven hits. He has been consistent : he hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Logan Van Pelt was excellent, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two RBI. Those three hits gave him a new career-high.
