Volleyball Recap: Bradenton Christian Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Bradenton Christian extended their losing streak to four on Tuesday, dropping them down to 9-4. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Lakewood Ranch Mustangs. Panthers fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against the Mustangs since Tuesday.

As for Lakewood Ranch, their record is now 11-6. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win they have posted since August 22nd.

Mariana Alvarez had an outrageously good game as she had 25 digs and four assists. Those 25 digs gave her a new career-high.

Bradenton Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 victory against Braden River on the 18th. As for Lakewood Ranch, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Riverview Sarasota on the 18th.
