Soccer Game Preview: ALA - Gilbert North vs. Coconino

The ALA - Gilbert North Eagles will head out to take on the Coconino Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. ALA - Gilbert North's last four matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

ALA - Gilbert North is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over Estrella Foothills. The win continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with Wolves: they've now won three in a row.

Payton Morris and Allie Roseberry scored both of ALA - Gilbert North's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 27 goals.

Meanwhile, Tuesday just wasn't the day for Coconino's offense. They came up short against Casteel on Tuesday, falling 8-0. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Panthers haven't been shut out since back in January.

ALA - Gilbert North's victory bumped their record up to 13-4. As for Coconino, their loss dropped their record down to 12-4.
