Baseball Game Preview: McNair Eagles vs. Millennium Falcons

It'll be a Battle of the Birds when McNair Eagles take on Millennium Falcons at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. McNair is looking for their season's first win.

McNair fell victim to Bear Creek and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They came up short against the Bruins, falling 9-0.

Meanwhile, Millennium fought the good fight in their extra-innings game against Kimball on Monday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Jaguars by a score of 4-3.

Landon Vatran spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered just two earned (and one unearned) runs on two hits and racked up seven Ks. That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in April of 2024.

On the hitting side, Max Delgadillo made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with one stolen base, one double, and one RBI.

Millennium's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for McNair, their loss dropped their record down to 0-6.
