This was a revenge game for the Chiefs: when they faced off against the Glacier Bears two weeks ago, they had to take a 52-32 defeat.

Metlakatla's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Morgan Hayward led the charge by going 5 for 12 en route to 12 points and seven rebounds. Baileigh Nelson was another key player, putting up nine points and seven boards.

Metlakatla has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 8-2 record this season. As for Haines, their loss dropped their record down to 2-6.
