After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Unioto, Piketon was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They blew past the Chesapeake Panthers 8-3. It was an even better day for Abby Accord as she scored five goals for her team.

The victory snapped Piketon's losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 4-5 record. As for Chesapeake, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

Piketon wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next game, an 11-4 defeat against Westfall on the 15th. As for Chesapeake, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Rock Hill at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
