Baseball Recap: Alabama Christian Academy Takes a Loss

If Alabama Christian Academy was riding high fresh off their 19-0 takedown of Verbena last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Alabama Christian Academy Eagles took an 8-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Trinity Presbyterian Wildcats on Friday. The Eagles were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Wildcats earlier this season, when they won 5-2.

Alabama Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Trinity Presbyterian, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-5.

Coming up, Alabama Christian Academy will square off against Horseshoe Bend at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Trinity Presbyterian, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Trinity Presbyterian Wildcats face off against Prattville Lions at 1:00 p.m. on Monday.
