Volleyball Recap: East Troy Comes Up Short

East Troy saw some tournament action on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to the Waupaca Comets. The Trojans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Their offense was headlined by Lilly Swanson and Stella Woodward, who picked up two kills apiece. They got some help from Hailey Wojciuch and her four assists.

East Troy's loss dropped their record down to 11-15. As for Waupaca, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 14 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-10 record this season.

East Troy has already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against St. Mary's Springs on the 27th. As for Waupaca, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Lakeside Lutheran on the 27th.
