Baseball Recap: Poca Dots vs. Capital Cougars

After flying high against Webster County last Thursday, Poca came back down to earth. The Dots lost 16-6 to the Capital Cougars on Tuesday. The Dots have struggled against the Cougars recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost meeting.

Poca saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Preston Bonnett, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two stolen bases, two RBI, and one double. T.J. Hawley was another, going a perfect 1-for-1 with two RBI and one run.
