Basketball Recap: Unity Christian Takes a Loss

Unity Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 66-42 to the Woodland Wildcats. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lions this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 67-37 back in December of 2024.

Unity Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Woodland, their victory ended an 11-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-12.

Unity Christian will venture away from home to take on LaFayette at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Woodland, they will host Southeast Whitfield County at 7:30 p.m. on January 7th.
