They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Champions Christian Academy Lions on Thursday. That's more bragging rights for the Hawks, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Families Instructing Students HomeSchool took every set by at least 12 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-7, 25-13, 25-7.

The victory got Families Instructing Students HomeSchool back to even at 1-1. As for Champions Christian Academy, their loss was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-2.
