Volleyball Recap: Woods Cross Comes Up Short

Woods Cross came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Viewmont Vikings, falling 3-0. The loss continues a trend for the Wildcats in their meetings with the Vikings: they've now lost four in a row.

While Woods Cross was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-14, 25-20.

Woods Cross' defeat dropped their record down to 11-13. As for Viewmont, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season.
