Basketball Recap: Issaquah Wins High-Profile Game Against Burlington-Edison

On Tuesday, Issaquah faced Burlington-Edison in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Issaquah Eagles came out on top against the Burlington-Edison Tigers by a score of 50-42. The win was some much needed relief for the Eagles as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Issaquah's victory bumped their record up to 12-6. As for Burlington-Edison, their defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 14-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Issaquah will take on Eastlake at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. Burlington-Edison has already played their next game (against Ferndale), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
