Show Low never got on the board in their matchup on Tuesday, but that sure wasn't the case in their game against Blue Ridge on Thursday. They blew past the Yellow Jackets 18-2. The Cougars might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 16 matches by six runs or more this season.

Rylee Wyatt made a big impact no matter where she played. She pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one hit in three consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in all three of her plate appearances with three runs.

In other batting news, Show Low got a massive performance out of Addisyn Clark, who went 3-for-4 with five RBI and two runs. Another player making a difference was Tatum Townsend, who went 3-for-4 with three runs, one stolen base, and one double.

Show Low always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .600. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Blue Ridge only posted an OBP of .400.

Show Low is on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-6 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 16.3 runs over those games. As for Blue Ridge, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last ten contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-16 record this season.

Show Low wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 14-2 win against Alchesay on the 18th. As for Blue Ridge, they have also already played their next game, a 22-6 victory against Gilbert Christian on the 21st.
