Recap: Essex Tech Hawks vs. Northeast Metro RVT Knights
The Essex Tech Hawks were the 27-18 winner over the Northeast Metro RVT Knights when they last played one another back in November of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. Essex Tech fell just short of Northeast Metro RVT by a score of 16-14. Essex Tech's loss continues a unfortunate trend for the team, making it three in a row.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Northeast Metro RVT to victory, but perhaps none more so than Chris Zullo, who rushed for 89 yards and two touchdowns. Another player making a difference was Jackson Osoro, who threw for 78 yards and a touchdown while completing 75% of his passes.
Essex Tech bumped their record down to 2-9 with that defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 11.2 points per game. As for Northeast Metro RVT, their win bumped their record up to 5-6.
Essex Tech does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Northeast Metro RVT also has no future games currently scheduled.
