There's no place like home for Chattahoochee, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Cambridge Bears with a sharp 3-0 victory on Tuesday. The Cougars not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since August 27, 2024 (when they won 3-0).
Chattahoochee walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-16, 25-20.

Isabella Podesta was a one-woman wrecking crew as she had nine digs and two aces. What's more, she racked up 20 assists, the most she's had since back in August of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Julia Karabolad, who had seven assists and six digs.
They weren't the only good servers: Chattahoochee was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 13 aces. They are a perfect 7-0 when they serve at least ten aces.
Despite the loss, Cambridge had strong showings from Audrey Lampa, who had 12 digs and two aces, and Maddy Wisenbaker Radde, who had ten digs and one assist. Lampa is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 12 or more in each of the last four games she's played.
Chattahoochee moved to 12-20 with that victory, which also ended their four-match losing streak. As for Cambridge, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-17 record this season.
Chattahoochee wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Cherokee Bluff on the 25th. As for Cambridge, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Westminster on the 25th.
