Jonesboro skates past Morrow with ease

Recap: Jonesboro Cardinals vs. Morrow Mustangs
The Jonesboro Cardinals entered their tilt with the Morrow Mustangs with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Jonesboro simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat Morrow 75-34 at home. Jonesboro might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team's won three contests by 21 points or more this season.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Jonesboro to victory, but perhaps none more so than Montez Redding, who scored 17 points along with 5 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Chris Jones, who scored 12 points along with 7 rebounds.
Jonesboro now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Morrow, they now have a losing record at 4-5.
Jonesboro will look to defend their home court on Monday against Lovejoy at 7:30 p.m. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Georgia (Lovejoy is ranked 148th, while Jonesboro is ranked 153rd). As for Morrow, they will head out on the road to face off against Forest Park at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. Forest Park comes in still looking for their first win of the season.
