Soccer Recap: Polytechnic Comes Up Short

Polytechnic managed to keep up with Legacy until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Polytechnic Parrots came up short against the Legacy Leopards, falling 4-0. Having soared to a lofty four goals in the game before, the Parrots' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Polytechnic dropped their record down to 2-7-1 with the loss, which was their third straight at home. As for Legacy, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-3.

Polytechnic will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against Kennedale at 7:00 p.m. Legacy has already played their next game (against Graham), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
