Basketball Recap: Fishburne Military Takes a Loss

Fishburne Military lost against Roanoke Catholic back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Fishburne Military Caissons were beaten by the Roanoke Catholic Celtics 72-35. The contest marked the Caissons' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Mason Williams had an outrageously good game for Roanoke Catholic as he went 9 of 12 on his way to 24 points and four steals. Jayden Johnson was another key player, going 5 for 10 en route to 16 points.

Fishburne Military has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season. As for Roanoke Catholic, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-6.
