Volleyball Recap: Greater Johnstown Trojans vs. Bellefonte Raiders
Greater Johnstown was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 17th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Bellefonte Raiders. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Trojans of the 3-2 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2023.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-12, 25-16.
Greater Johnstown's defeat dropped their record down to 0-15. As for Bellefonte, their victory bumped their record up to 8-11-3.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Greater Johnstown will face off against Westmont Hilltop at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Bellefonte, they will challenge Tyrone at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
