Volleyball Recap: Grace Davis Beats Ceres for Their Third Straight Victory + How To Watch

Grace Davis had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. They came out on top against the Ceres Bulldogs by a score of 3-1. For the Spartans, this counts as revenge for the 3-2 victory the Bulldogs walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

Grace Davis was especially dominant in the fourth set. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 26-24, 20-25, 25-15.

Their offense was headlined by Morgan Lee and Nimrat Kaur, who picked up ten kills apiece. They got some help from Alyssa Vasquez and her 16 assists. Lee was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

The win got Grace Davis back to even at 6-6. As for Ceres, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-6.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Grace Davis will square off against rival Pacheco at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Ceres is set to face off against their familiar foe Beyer at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
