Baseball Recap: Dr. Krop Takes a Loss

The Dr. Krop Lightning lost 13-6 to the Palmetto Panthers on Thursday. The Lightning have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Ryan Pena made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-3 with three RBI and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Emmanuel Dominguez, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

Dr. Krop's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Palmetto, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-7.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Dr. Krop will head out to face off against JC Bermudez Doral at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Palmetto, they are taking a road trip to challenge Columbus at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
