Volleyball Recap: Rawlins Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Rawlins was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Lyman Eagles, falling 3-0. If the Outlaws were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Eagles when the teams met back in September of 2023, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The loss didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Lyman scored at least 17 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-17, 25-17.

Karsyn France paced Rawlins' offense, picking up five kills. France got some help from Rylee Wright and her nine assists. Audri Duhon controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Among those leading the charge was Amy Eyre, who had 22 assists and six digs. Those six digs gave her a new career-high.

Rawlins' defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Lyman, their win bumped their record up to 5-2.

Rawlins didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Pinedale on the 12th. As for Lyman, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Green River on the 5th.
