            Volleyball Recap: Erie Red Devils vs. Southeast Lancers        
        
		
        
        
            Erie had lost three straight at home, but  on Saturday they dropped down to 16-16 to make it four. They fell  2-0 to the Southeast Lancers. Red Devils fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against the Lancers since  Saturday.
 Lila Michael paced Erie's offense, picking up six kills. Michael got some help from  Kaeleigh Daniels and her eight assists. Finally,  Michael was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high five blocks.
As for Southeast, their record now sits at 9-17. The game was the first time they have beaten Erie on their court since October 21, 2024.
 Southeast found their leader in freshman  Addy Ulepich, who  had eight  digs.  Quincey Coots also deserves some recognition as  she  had her first  block of the season.
 Erie didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  contest,  a  2-0  defeat against Humboldt on the 11th. As for Southeast, they have also already played their next matchup,  a  2-0  loss against Baxter Springs on the 11th.
