There's no place like home for Concord, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They took their match on Friday with ease, bagging a 62-28 win over the East Rowan Mustangs. The Spiders have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 22 points or more this season.

Leading Concord to victory were Tyvonta Rushmeyer and Jayden Beyan. Rushmeyer went 8 for 14 en route to 21 points, while Beyan went 6 of 10 on his way to 12 points and three steals. The dominant performance gave Rushmeyer a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Josiah Treadwell, who posted six points and five rebounds.

Concord's victory bumped their record up to 11-6. As for East Rowan, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-15.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Concord will head out to square off against South Rowan at 7:30 p.m. on January 24th. East Rowan has already played their next contest (against Northwest Cabarrus), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
