Basketball Recap: Pigeon Forge Comes Up Short

Pigeon Forge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were beaten by the Austin-East Roadrunners 85-47. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Tigers have suffered since February 6, 2024.

Pigeon Forge's loss dropped their record down to 12-11. As for Austin-East, their win bumped their record up to 11-14.

Pigeon Forge has already played their next matchup (against Greenback), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Austin-East is taking a road trip to challenge Eagleton College & Career Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Eagleton College & Career Academy will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Austin-East surely won't give up without a fight.
