Basketball Recap: Edgar Takes a Loss

Edgar suffered their biggest defeat since November 26, 2024 on Thursday. They took a blow against the Assumption Royals, falling 65-19. The loss continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the Royals: they've now lost four in a row.

Edgar's defeat dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Assumption, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 12-1.

Edgar didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 58-38 victory against Abbotsford on the 24th. Assumption has also already played their next contest (against Prentice), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
