Volleyball Recap: Saturday's Loss Ends Mead's Winning Streak + How To Watch

After flying high against Cheney on Thursday, Mead came back down to earth. Mead lost 3-0 to Wenatchee on Saturday. Considering the last time Mead couldn't score was back in September, the team can't take the result too hard.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-15, 25-15.

Mead moved to 11-5 with that loss, which also ended their four-match winning streak. As for Wenatchee, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-3-1.

Mead and Wenatchee should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Washington Rankings. The Panthers will face off against University at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday with a big rank advantage (10 vs. 90). Meanwhile, Wenatchee (ranked 16th) will meet Moses Lake (ranked 115th) at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
