Zac Agichtein leads Atlanta Jewish Academy to victory over Cross Keys

The Atlanta Jewish Academy Jaguar won the last time they faced the Cross Keys Indians, and things went their way on Thursday too. Atlanta Jewish Academy came out on top against Cross Keys by a score of 48-39.

Zac Agichtein continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 28 points and 18 rebounds. That makes it four consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of Atlanta Jewish Academy's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Edan Eyal, who scored five points along with six rebounds and three blocks.

Despite the loss, Cross Keys still got an impressive performance from Keandre Tucker, who scored 24 points along with six steals. Another player making a difference was Christian Holmes, who scored seven points along with two steals.

Atlanta Jewish Academy has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 7-8 record this season. As for Cross Keys, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-17.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Atlanta Jewish Academy will challenge Greater Atlanta Adventist Academy at 8:30 p.m. on Saturday. Cross Keys is on the road again on Tuesday and plays Clarkston at 7:30 p.m. on February 6th. Clarkston is on a seven-game streak of home losses, Cross Keys a three-game streak of away losses, but someone's luck is about to change.
