Isaiah Davalos Game Report: @ Whitney Young

Isaiah Davalos gave up the fewest walks he has over his last four games on Monday. As a matter of fact, he turned in his biggest game of the season, striking out eight batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off five hits (and not a single walk). He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in nine consecutive appearances.

Davalos' strong effort led Von Steuben over Whitney Young and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
